One look to the beauty market of late, and it’s clear there is no shortage of celebrity-founded brands. From Rihanna’s FENTY and Kylie Jenner’s namesake lipsticks and skincare, to the newly announced venture from Harry Styles, aptly named Styles, Harry Edward (SHE).
So it’s unsurprising Ariana Grande wanted to put her name into the mix.
The pop darling and recently married singer has filed a trademark for her very own line of beauty products, according to Trendmood
. Grande, never one to miss a beat, has reportedly looked for inspiration from her 2018 single of the same name, giving the line the rumoured title of ‘God Is A Woman’.
Per Harper’s Bazaar U.K,
the trademark covers everything from skincare to body products, including “mists, soufflés, perfumes, shower and bath gels”. Safe to say, we’ll be wanting to try it all.
We don’t know much else yet, but fans of the ‘Thank U, Next’ singer will be well aware this isn’t her first time delving into the beauty world. The singer, actually, has plenty of experience with an empire of perfumes.
The 27-year-old has previously released six fragrances—’Cloud’, ‘R.EM.’ and the eponymous ‘Ariana Grande Eau de Parfum’—which are reported to have made the singer more than $150 million in 2017 alone.
Just one look at Grande’s music video from 2018—which could have sparked the inspiration—the singer can be seen in a bathtub with what looks like a purple bath bomb. Finish off that routine with a delicious smelling fragrance and Grande might just be onto something.
Stay tuned for more information as we get it.
