The most recent transaction has not yet been recorded in property records.The property consists of 6.4 acres at 5101-5209 East Drive, just off the Interstates 95 and 695 exchange and not far from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County campus.The center, first constructed in 1969, consists of a stand-alone Save-A-Lot grocery store and a retail strip consisting of national and regional tenants, including Dollar General, Pizza Boli’s and Cricket Wireless.
