    Party tights: one of fashion’s favourite trends is making a comeback | Tights and socks

    Little could we have guessed that when Adele announced her return to the charts this autumn that she would be bringing back one of fashion’s favourite trends with her – party tights. In the singer’s international Vogue shoot styled by editor-in-chief Edward Enninful, the star is pictured wearing not one, but two pairs of jazzy hosiery: a polka-dot and fishnet double whammy. While the Easy On Me singer has marked the return of the cyclical trend, party tights – unofficially classed as anything other than your typical 40 denier – have already had the recent endorsement of some heavyweight fashion

    Fashion’s obsession with NFTs grows as new marketplaces pop up

    The NFT market has boomed in the last six months, moving from the world of art to fashion. Brands like Gucci and designers like Jeff Staple have started selling their own virtual products. But to sell NFTs, brands need a marketplace. While many of the NFT marketplaces like OpenSea and 888 The New World focus on art, a wave of fashion-specific marketplaces have begun cropping up with investment to back up their propositions. NFT marketplace Mintable raised $13 million in funding on July 2, after partnering with fashion brand A Bathing Ape, and 3D fashion design company 3D Robe launched
